1. Answers to document questions

1.1 What do I have to specify in the purchase order under the item "Origin of capital"?

1.2 What prices should be used in the purchase order?

2. Answers to billing questions and payment

2.1 When will I get the invoice for my order?

You will usually receive your invoice in the morning of the day after we received your order. For orders that we receive on a Friday, Saturday, Sunday, the day before a public holiday or on a public holiday, you will receive your invoice on the morning of the following working day. Please actively look for our invoice and please also check your spam or junk folder in order to be able to make a timely payment.

2.2 When do I have to pay the bill?

The invoice is due immediately and we ask that you transfer the amount owing quickly, as trading in precious metals is a very time-critical business. It is best if our customers pay their bills on the same day they received the bill. The precious metal prices are constantly in motion and in the event of late payment, we have the right to withdraw from the order. In this case, we would transfer the amount already transferred back to the customer.

2.3 What if the bill ends up in my spam folder and I therefore overlook it and don't pay it?

However, the invoice is due immediately. After placing your order, you are obliged to closely monitor your inbox, including the junk or spam folder of your e-mail program. When you place an order, you also know that you will receive an invoice from us by the next morning at the latest.

Silver, the precious metal with great potential

Silver is the precious metal with probably the highest potential in the long term, as reserves are becoming increasingly scarce and the industry needs more and more silver as development progresses.

Gold, the enduring precious metal

Gold means stability and security. It is and will always be the most valuable thing in our world and is probably the best currency to own.

Platinum, the alternative precious metal

Platinum is a precious metal and, like silver, also an industrial metal. It is consumed and mined in small amounts and is rarer than gold.
